Hello! I want to purchase a ticket.
That's simple! Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign up for an account on www.tickelo.com
Step 2: Search for the event of your choice
Step 3: Select your ticket/s and how many
Step 4: Choose your payment method and pay for your ticket/s online
Step 5: Check your e-mail or Tickelo profile for your e-ticket. No need to print it out! Just have it saved on your phone during show day with QR code ready for scanning.
Note: We'd love to see your excitement for the show but please do not share your QR codes when you post online.
Should the name of the cardholder or GCash/Maya/Grabpay account be the same as the ticketholder?
No, you can pay via Debit, Credit Card, or GCash/Maya/GrabPay using any account.
Do you give discounts for Senior Citizens or PWDs?
As all transactions are currently online, we unfortunately cannot grant discounts since ticket buyers must present their physical IDs to get the discount - but we're working on it for future shows.
Can I transfer my ticket to this show to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable to another person for the same event only. Tickets can only be transferred by simply giving the pdf e-ticket to the attendee.
Do I need a physical ticket on the day of the event?
There's no need to print your ticket. The e-ticket sent to your email and on your Tickelo account will serve as your official ticket. A wristband will be provided upon entering the concert venue.
Can non-PH residents purchase tickets?
Yes, non-PH residents can buy tickets.
What will happen to my ticket if the concert is postponed?
Hold on to your tickets. They will be honored on the rescheduled date.
